Roles in Microsoft Identity Platform
SuperAdmin
- This user can add can perform action in the
/adminAPIs - This user can view all call and cases related to all parking locations
- This user can also reopen closed cases after 24h of the closing time.
Agent
- This user can create new cases on parking that he user is assigned to,
- He can perform all actions on a case except reopening the case after 24h of its closed time.
Note: A user has to be assigned a role in the Entra Admin Center to be able to log in to the platform.
These roles are mainly used to identify if the user should be allowed to import sheets or not. If a user needs to be assigned Admin in a parking then it is not needed to assign the user SuperAdmin. Assigning the user as a Agent in the Entra Admin Center will also work.
Roles in Import Sheet - For Each Parking
Admin (Can be called a supervisor)
- This user can perform all actions that a agent of the parking can plus reopening a case after 24h of the closed time.
Agent
- This user can create cases and perform actions on cases that the user has created. Except reopening case after 24h.
